Overview
Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Accurately record and track inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS); perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
Storage & Organization: Properly store goods in designated locations, maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Skills and Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred; training will be provided.
Skills: Basic math and computer skills; attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if required.
