What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- You will assemble battery packs or subassemblies primarily while seated on an assembly line. This relaxed environment also permits the use of an earbud for listening to music.
- Perform tasks using approved procedures, instructions, drawings, and/or samples.
- Will glue, weld, solder, shrink wrap, label, and/or install items into plastic cases that are comprised of very small pieces and require precise hands and a keen eye for detail.
- Complete tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Previous experience with assembly or willingness to learn
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
- Meticulous about small details
- A Team Player
- Ability to to lift up to 40 lbs.
