Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP software knowledge preferred.
- Forklift and logistics experience a plus.
- Solid math skills (weights, measures, production yields).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to balance multiple priorities.
- Flexibility with work hours as needed.
- English reading, writing, and verbal communication required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, lifting, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to production environments, including noise, moving machinery, and temperature changes.
- Must be able to work around milk allergens.
