What You'll Do: Quality Assurance Technician
- Collecting and evaluating data
- Monitoring sanitation practices
- Maintaining HACCP records
- Monitoring SSOPs
- Collecting microbiological samples
Skills and Experience

- Knowledge of HACCP and USDA regulations
