Overview
Onin is seeking Line Leaders to oversee packaging and kitting operations. The Line Leader is responsible for leading production line teams to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards are met while motivating and training employees to achieve daily goals.
Key Requirement: Experience with PackManager (Nulogy) is strongly prioritized, as it is the primary system used to manage our production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide production line staff, ensuring safety and quality at all times.
- Plan and organize workflow to meet production schedules.
- Train and motivate team members, fostering internal growth.
- Verify inventory, lot codes, quantities, and pallet accuracy.
- Accurately manage and record production data in PackManager (Nulogy).
- Collaborate with supervisors and support staff to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with PackManager (Nulogy) – key requirement (Preferred but highly valued).
- Previous experience leading production lines (kitting experience preferred).
- Strong math skills for counting, lot code verification, and inventory checks.
- Computer proficiency and ability to work with production systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred.
