Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our production floor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing employees, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining product quality, and meeting production goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Experience:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a produce, production, or warehouse environment.
- Proven track record of meeting production goals and improving efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with quality control processes and problem resolution.
- Experience collaborating across departments (maintenance, logistics, quality control) to support production needs
