Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, collaborative Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be social, bilingual, and proficient in AutoCAD, with a willingness to learn our processes. If you’re motivated and eager to grow, we’ll provide the training needed for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customer blueprints for production
- Break down the Bill of Materials (BOM) by routing to ensure associates have what’s needed for manufacturing
- Develop plant layouts to support efficient operations
- Actively participate in organizational improvement activities, including Kaizen events and 5S initiatives
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to a positive, engaging work environment
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy, adaptable, and a team player
- Willingness to learn company-specific processes
