Overview

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and other channels. You will screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and submit top candidates to clients for consideration. The role includes coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and building strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their hiring needs. Success in this role is measured by your ability to fill client requisitions efficiently while ensuring high-quality placements.


Skills and Experience

Recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience, preferably full lifecycle.
Sales or client-facing experience, demonstrating relationship-building skills.
Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, and candidate follow-ups.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment compliance.
Industry-specific experience (manufacturing, logistics, or general labor) a plus.
