Onin staffing is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Machine Operator for our Conyers, GA facility! We’re looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thermoforming machinery to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
- Operate thermoforming machines according to established procedures
- Perform basic setup, changeovers, and adjustments
- Monitor quality of products and inspect for defects
- Maintain accurate production and downtime records
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment (thermoforming preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
