Summary:
The Light Assembler is responsible for assembling high-performance architectural lighting products according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with small components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble lighting fixtures and components following work instructions and diagrams
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Team player with a strong work ethic
