Do you have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, but looking to take the next step in your career? Onin is hiring an HR Assistant in Faribault, MN to support our partner company in recruiting strategies! This is a contract to hire opportunity!
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering as required.
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and company events.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support to management, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and paper formats.
- Monitor and track attendance, absences, and leave requests.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training documentation.
- Assist in enforcing health and safety protocols and tracking compliance.
- Assist customer service with returning emails
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience 2+ years
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (office included)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strength in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS
- Basic understanding of HR recruitment best practices
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
