Do you have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, but looking to take the next step in your career? Onin is hiring a part time HR Assistant in Faribault, MN to support our partner company in recruiting strategies! This is a contract to hire opportunity!
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering as required.
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and company events.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support to management, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and paper formats.
- Monitor and track attendance, absences, and leave requests.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training documentation.
- Assist in enforcing health and safety protocols and tracking compliance.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience 2+ years
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (office included)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strength in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS
- Basic understanding of HR recruitment best practices
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
