Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support daily shipping operations at a chemical manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for preparing shipments, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring all materials are handled safely and accurately.
- Pay depends on experience
- 1st Shift, ON CALL 24/7
- Weekend work is required.
- Work across shipping, inventory, and safety operations in a chemical plant.

What you'll do as: Chemical Shipping Associate
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and certificates.
- Load and unload trucks while following safety protocols.
- Update inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Handle hazardous materials using required PPE and procedures.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
- Heavy lifting 60lbs or more
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and OSHA regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and basic math.
- Experience preparing shipping documents, invoices, or product labels.
- Must be flexible
- Previous experience working in oilfield or with chemicals
- Clear background and strong attention to detail.
