Overview
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Workers for a manufacturing facility in Fairfield, AL. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, performing hands-on tasks, and assisting with daily production operations. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, work safely around machinery, and keep up with production demands. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
Assist machine operators and production team members as needed.
Prepare materials and products for production.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and operating procedures.
Perform general labor duties as assigned by management.
Schedule Requirements:
The facility operates 7 days a week. Candidates must have flexible availability and be willing to work some weekends as needed. Weekend availability is required based on production demands.
Skills and Experience
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
