Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pull individual items for both B2B and consumer web orders using handheld RF scanners, select appropriate shipping boxes or mailers, and pack orders securely for transit.
• Shipping & Staging: Label, scan, and stage outbound orders according to carrier specifications and shipping time standards.
• Receiving & Stocking: Safely unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or quantity counts, and restock products into designated alphanumeric shelf locations.
• Inventory Control: Perform routine cycle counts, research quantity discrepancies, and assist with inventory accuracy checks.
• Facility Upkeep & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and aisle environment, strictly adhering to safety guidelines and OSHA standards.

What Sets This Role Apart

• Active Physical Environment vs. Automation: Experience a classic, active warehouse setting! Rather than standing in place at automated machinery or conveyor lines, you’ll actively navigate a 65,000 sq. ft. facility, walk up to 8 miles per shift, bend, reach, lift, and climb warehouse ladders.
• Hands-On Decision Making: You won't be stationed next to a robot or conveyor belt. You will make independent decisions on packing methods, item selection, and task prioritization.

• Product Specialty & Inventory Scope: Handle a wide variety of over 20,000 SKUs in wholesale health, wellness, and adult novelty inventory. All applicants must be comfortable handling and packing adult health and novelty goods.
• Dress Code & Workplace Guidelines: Maintain a clean, casual, and safe appearance suitable for manual material handling. Closed-toe shoes are required at all times; comfortable athletic wear or work attire is recommended.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of hands-on, manual warehouse order processing, picking, packing, or receiving experience, preferably individual item fulfillment rather than automated case/pallet work.
• Physical Capability: Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours daily, lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly, and comfortably climb warehouse ladders (rated up to 300 lbs).
• Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English to follow RF scanner prompts, alphanumeric shelf location tags, and safety guidelines.
• Attendance & Punctuality: Reliable attendance and strict adherence to shift start times (8:00 AM) and scheduled end times (including occasional OT until 5:30 PM) are essential for team success and timely order fulfillment.
• Commute Readiness: Candidates relying on public transit or rideshare services must verify routes aligned with shift start (8:00 AM) and potential overtime end times (5:30 PM) prior to interviewing.
