Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate with previous shipping and receiving experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing shipments through FedEx and/or UPS, along with familiarity using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
This position is responsible for assisting with daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining organized inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments using FedEx and UPS systems.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other required shipping documentation.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Enter shipment and inventory information into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update system transactions as needed.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications
- Previous hands-on shipping and receiving experience is required.
- Experience processing shipments through FedEx and/or UPS is required.
- Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
