Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scale Operator to support our production and logistics operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to work in a hands-on environment and contribute to a company that values sustainability and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor industrial scales to weigh incoming and outgoing materials
• Accurately record weight data and maintain logs for inventory and shipping
• Communicate with forklift drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Inspect loads for compliance with company standards and safety regulations
• Assist with basic documentation and labeling of materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
• 1-3 years experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Dependable and punctual with attention to detail
