What You'll Do in These Manufacturing Positions:
Depending on your assignment, responsibilities may include:
- Manufacturing Floater: Assist multiple production departments, move materials, support machine operators, and help keep production running smoothly.
- Bale Buster Operator: Operate equipment that breaks apart compressed fiber bales and prepares raw materials for manufacturing.
- Machine Operator: Operate and monitor production machinery, load materials, inspect products, and report equipment or quality concerns.
- Plant Cleanup Teammate: Remove production waste, clean designated work areas, maintain clear walkways, and help keep the facility safe and organized.
- Follow production instructions and established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to support daily production goals.
- Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all facility safety requirements.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, machine operating, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the assigned position.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
