Prooduction Supervisor

Onin staffing is now hiring for a Production Supervisor in the Brownsville area.  Oversees day-to-day operations, managing teams to efficiently and safely process recyclable plastics, adhere to quality standards, and meet production goals. Key responsibilities include training staff on equipment and safety, troubleshooting issues, scheduling work orders, coordinating with other departments, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining records and reports. Strong leadership, communication, and a mechanical aptitude, especially with plastics recycling machinery, are essential qualifications for this role.
