Overview
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our team! In this role, you will help move raw materials and finished goods efficiently throughout the facility, ensuring smooth production and timely deliveries. You will also operate the robot palletizer and assist with overall warehouse organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drivers will be responsible for the operation of the robot palletizer
- Feeding empty pallet stacks into the palletizer
- Supply departments with materials
- Remove finished goods from the palletizer and wrap them
- Keep the depalletizer stocked with empty can pallets
- Responsible for trash and recycling removal with assistance if needed
- Complete daily paperwork and pre-shift forklift inspections
- Removing and staging all materials for production runs
- Maintain upkeep of the forklift.
- Adhere to safe and efficient operations

Skills and Experience
Position Requirements:
- Able to show proven capability of driving a forklift
- Capable of repeatedly climbing off and on the forklift during the shift
- 3 years forklift experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic math, reading, writing and computer skills
- Lift up to 25lbs repeatedly and 50lbs+ occasionally
- Able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, squat, bend, stretch and pull for extended periods of time
