Overview
The Utility Associate supports daily warehouse and production operations by performing multiple functions, including material handling, inventory management, and stand-up forklift operation. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in different areas of the warehouse as business needs change.

💵 Starting Pay: $17.36 per hour
📈 Pay Increase: $22.00 per hour upon conversion
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
⏰ Available Shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform multiple warehouse functions as assigned.
- Operate a stand-up forklift to move, stage, and organize materials safely.
- Assist with inventory counts, tracking, and stock organization.
- Receive, move, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and replenishing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
- Work with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience required.
- Previous stand-up forklift operating experience required.
- Experience with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation preferred.
- Experience with receiving, stocking, staging, and moving materials.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanners or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
