1. Lumber Mill Operator
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Required Skills:
- Ability to perform moderate lifting and handle lumber throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn or experience working around lumber-processing equipment.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady production pace.
2. Planer Mill Worker
Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Required Skills:
- Previous experience operating basic production machinery.
- Forklift experience and the ability to move long lumber bundles safely.
- Comfort working in a lumber or manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
3. Vinyl Door Cleaner / Buffer
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify surface imperfections.
- Good hand coordination for trimming and buffing tasks.
- Ability to perform repetitive, light-duty work throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn finishing procedures and quality standards.
4. Edge Bander Setup Operator
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Required Skills:
- Previous experience setting up and operating edge-banding machinery.
- Familiarity with woodworking equipment and production processes.
- Ability to follow measurements, work instructions, and quality requirements.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
5. Beam Saw Operator
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Required Skills:
- Previous experience with saws, woodworking equipment, or panel cutting is preferred.
- Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
- Willingness to learn safe machine operation and production standards.
6. Woodworker
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Required Skills:
- Previous experience with table saws, chop saws, or wood trimming.
- Ability to measure accurately and work with wood components.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking.
- Strong focus on safety, precision, and consistent production.
7. Panel Rip and Glue-Up Associate
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Required Skills:
- Experience in woodworking, panel processing, or wood assembly is preferred.
- Ability to follow measurements and basic production instructions.
- Comfort working with adhesives, lumber, and woodworking tools.
- English communication skills are required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Dependability and attention to detail.
8. Finish Room Stainer / Sprayer
Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Required Skills:
- Previous experience with wood staining, spray finishing, or similar finishing work.
- Familiarity with spray equipment and finishing techniques.
- Good attention to detail and an eye for color and surface quality.
- Ability to follow safety procedures when handling finishing materials.
