Overview
The Sourcer is responsible for supporting daily branch operations through high-volume candidate outreach and interview scheduling. This role plays a key part in creating a positive experience for candidates and teammates while helping maintain consistent staffing levels for client needs. The position is right for you if you thrive in high volume call center environments, and have strong organization!
- Make outbound calls to candidates to schedule interviews
- Answer and route inbound phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Send application and onboarding links to candidates
- Conduct basic pre-screening of applicants
- Communicate candidate and teammate updates with branch staff
Skills and Experience
- Outbound call center or customer service experience
- Ability to work within Google Suite
- Excellent phone, text and email etiquette
