• Proven ability to set up, calibrate, and operate extrusion equipment for cable manufacturing, ensuring consistent product quality and minimal downtime.
• Experience using measuring tools to inspect product dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environments.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing repetitive tasks with precision.
