This position focuses primarily on outbound calls, dispatch, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in an office setting.
You should be comfortable talking on the phone, helping customers, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in our customer experience and represent our company with professionalism, care, and a positive attitude.
