Overview
We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our team in Sandston, VA (near the Richmond Airport). This is a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires accuracy, safety, and reliability. Schedule: -Monday – Friday | 6:50 AM – 7:00 PM -Mandatory Saturday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM -Overtime required as needed Responsibilities: -Safely operate a Reach Truck to move, stack, and organize materials -Pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners -Load/unload trucks and stage pallets -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Follow all company safety policies and procedures Safety Requirements: -Puncture-proof safety shoes and safety vest required -Report all accidents immediately -No earbuds or cell phone use inside facility -No climbing on racking or jumping across conveyors
Skills and Experience
-Reach Truck experience required. At least 6 months of experience -Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly -Strong attention to detail and safety -Reliable transportation and consistent attendance - Must be able to move fast-pace, bend, and walk through-out the whole shift
