What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Production & Packaging Teammate:
- Receive, sort, and organize products and materials
- Package products according to established standards
- Form and assemble cases and packaging containers
- Place and orient products correctly inside cases/containers
- Apply labels and verify label information
- Check product codes, case codes, piece counts, and product orientation
- Perform visual quality checks to make sure finished products meet standards
- Properly seal and prepare cases for palletizing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow work procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions
- Work with teammates to complete warehouse and production tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is plus
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions
- Ability to recognize labels, product codes, and visual cues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, and stretch throughout the shift
- Ability to safely lift and carry materials as required for the role
