What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative:
- Take customer orders by phone, email, or fax
- Build relationships with new and existing retail, body shop, and dealer accounts
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Introduce customers to new and existing products
- Help customers find solutions and resolve concerns
- Monitor accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales
- Communicate with customers professionally by phone and email
- Work with the team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with the sales counter during occasional weekend events
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous sales experience (automotive or automotive parts experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay organized
- Confidence and ability to negotiate effectively
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
