Installation & Project Support Technician

El Paso, TX

Assist with basic installation and project-related tasks.
Safely use hand tools and basic power tools.
Assist with building maintenance, including basic piping, fittings, and connections when needed.
Safely use ladders and scissor lifts as required.
Load, unload, move, and safely handle materials and equipment.
Follow proper PPE requirements and company safety procedures.
Identify and report potential job-site hazards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work cooperatively with team members and follow directions from supervisors.
Perform other general project and installation duties as assigned.

Basic knowledge and experience using hand tools.
Some experience using power tools.
Previous construction, installation, maintenance, or job-site experience preferred.
Basic building maintenance experience is a plus, particularly with piping, fittings, and connections.
Experience working with ladders and/or scissor lifts preferred.
Knowledge of proper PPE use and basic workplace safety practices.
Ability to recognize common job-site hazards.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle materials and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a crew.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
