What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues across production line machinery, motors, motor controls, PLCs, and high-voltage distribution panels.
- Execute scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend component lifespans.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, mechanical prints, and technical manuals to trace circuits and execute repairs accurately.
- Strictly adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines, including active participation in Lockout/Tagout protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience as an industrial or commercial maintenance technician working directly on electrical machinery and automated systems.
- Hands-on experience using diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
