Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Laborer to join our team at a busy grain facility. This position will assist with general yard operations, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience operating a tractor and dump truck.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

- Previous experience in yard labor, general labor, agriculture, construction, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience operating a tractor and dump truck required.
- Ability to safely operate equipment and follow operating and safety procedures.
- Experience with loading, unloading, moving, and transporting materials.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, walking, and working outdoors.
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to perform a variety of general yard duties as needed.
