Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join a manufacturing team in Anderson, Missouri. This position is ideal for someone with laser-cutting, CNC, or metal-fabrication experience who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts.
Monday-Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30pm, overtime on Friday as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC laser-cutting equipment
- Load raw materials and select the correct machine programs
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements
- Monitor equipment during production and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensions
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
- Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
- Assist in other areas of the facility as needed
Skills and Experience
- Previous laser, CNC, or manufacturing machine-operation experience preferred
- Experience reading blueprints and production drawings
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and a safety-focused attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
