Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a local manufacturing facility. This position will work with fabrication equipment including a brake press, laser cutter, and other CNC machinery.
This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operating, metal fabrication, production, or manufacturing experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC and fabrication equipment
- Run brake press and laser cutting machinery
- Load and position material for production
- Follow work orders, measurements, and basic production specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Work with the production team to meet daily goals
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous machine operator, CNC, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Brake press or laser cutter experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with measurements and basic shop math
- Mechanically inclined and able to learn equipment
- Dependable with good attendance
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable standing, bending, and handling materials throughout the shift
You may be a good fit if you have experience as a:
CNC Operator, Machine Operator, Brake Press Operator, Laser Operator, Fabrication Operator, Metal Fabricator, Production Operator, or Manufacturing Associate.
