Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team for a temporary 3-month position. This is a fully remote role focused primarily on making outbound calls, connecting with teammates, answering questions, and setting appointments.
The ideal person is comfortable talking on the phone, enjoys helping people, and can create a positive experience during every conversation. You’ll be an important part of our customer experience and will represent our company with professionalism and care.
Skills and Experience
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Dependable and able to work independently.
Comfortable using a computer and basic software systems.
Previous customer service, call center, sales, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
