Onin Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable Private Label Picking Teammates to join one of our Clients fast-paced warehouse team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working collaboratively to meet goals, we want to hear from you!
Location: West Side of Albuquerque, NM
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Responsibilities
• Accurately pick and prepare private label products for shipment
• Meet daily quotas and productivity targets
• Restock product and rotate using FIFO as a guideline.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Use basic math and calculators to verify quantities and orders
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Participate in training and adhere to company procedures
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent relevant experience
• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred
• Shipping experience is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and company policies
