ONIN Staffing is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist!
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with hands-on QuickBooks experience to join our team. If you have strong accounting skills and are comfortable managing invoices, payments, and vendor accounts, we want to hear from you!
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and accounts payable transactions
- Enter and maintain financial information accurately in QuickBooks
- Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic accounting duties
- Maintain organized financial records
- Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
Previous QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED
Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
