Looking for a stable, long-term manufacturing opportunity where you can earn more as you progress? We're hiring General Laborers to join our Precast production team.
This is a hands-on position with paid on-the-job training, overtime opportunities, consistent Monday–Friday hours, and a clear path to full-time employment and higher pay.
💰 Pay Progression
- Start at $17.00/hour
- Increase to $19.20/hour after successfully completing the temporary period and transitioning to full-time employment
- Progress to $20.21/hour with continued advancement as a full-time employee
- Overtime opportunities available
🕐 Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
- Employees are typically notified around 1:00 PM when overtime will be needed
- Overtime shifts can result in workdays of 8–12 hours
🔨 What You'll Do
- Assist with daily production in the Precast department
- Move and handle materials throughout the facility
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Assist in different areas of production as needed
- Operate a forklift when needed — approximately 10–15% of the job
- Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines

- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Comfortable working in hot environments
- Metatarsal Steel Toe Boots are REQUIRED
Forklift experience is helpful, but this is not a full-time forklift position. Most of your day will be spent supporting production and material-handling operations.
