Position Overview
We are currently hiring 5–6 Manufacturing Machine Operators to join a growing production team in Longmont, CO. This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates with prior manufacturing or machine operation experience who are looking for long-term stability and career growth.
Shift & Training Schedules
We offer both 1st and 2nd weekend shift options. Candidates must be available for standard weekday training during their first two weeks.
1st Shift Details
- Regular Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks): Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift Details
- Regular Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks): Monday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Safely operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment during production.
- Setup & Maintenance: Perform initial machine setup, calibration, daily cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for quality standards and remove defective items prompt.
- Order Compliance: Read, interpret, and strictly follow production orders and job instructions.
- Logistics Support: Assist with packaging, staging, and shipping operations as needed.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Cross-train on additional equipment, processes, and tools to support the production line.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Experience: Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a focus on product quality and safety standards.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift materials throughout shift.
Physical Demands
- Standing and walking for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
- Frequent bending, stretching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
- Safely lifting and moving materials weighing up to 45 lbs. occasionally.
