We're hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Smyrna. Multiple shifts available with competitive pay and opportunities for overtime!
REACH TRUCK OPERATORS NEEDED-WAREHOUSE
Lebanon, TN
We are hiring experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Multiple shifts available with competive pay!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: FORKLIFT
• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Move automotive parts and materials throughout the facility
• Supply production lines with materials
• Follow all safety and quality standards
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: REACH TRUCK
Safely operate a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count materials.
Load and unload products from trailers and move them to designated areas.
Pick and stage orders according to company standards and production schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory by scanning and recording product information.
Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Skills and Experience
Previous forklift or reach truck experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable transportation
Strong attendance record
