Overview
Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00am-6:00pm and every other Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience
- Proven experience directly supervising and managing a team of at least 5 employees
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other standard computer programs
- Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure inventory accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold employees accountable for performance
- Ability to safely operate or oversee the use of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with company safety procedures
- Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required by the position
