Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring an Experienced Chrome Plater to join our client’s production team. In this role, you will apply high-quality chromium finishes to metal parts using electroplating techniques. The ideal candidate has a strong background in plating operations and can consistently produce durable, decorative finishes while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Skills and Experience
Work Experience
- Must have prior chrome plating experience (industrial or automotive preferred).
- Proficient in operating and maintaining plating tanks, racks, and related equipment.
- Knowledge of chemical handling, safety procedures, and quality control in plating.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production specifications.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Industrial plating shop environment with exposure to chemicals and machinery.
- Requires use of PPE (gloves, goggles, respirators, aprons, etc.).
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work may involve heat, humidity, and ventilated conditions.
