About the Role

Skills and Experience
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business across a variety of industries and company sizes
- Conduct door knocks, cold calls, and client meetings to meet weekly activity goals
- Build and manage a diverse, strategic prospect list
- Create and maintain strong client partnerships that support long-term success
- Collaborate daily with branch leaders on sales strategy and performance
- Represent Ōnin in the community through networking and outreach efforts
