What you'll do as: Weld Lead
- Lead and assist welders with daily production assignments
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Train and coach team members on welding procedures
- Troubleshoot welding and equipment-related issues
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience
- Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience
- Strong ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Knowledge of welding equipment and fabrication processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
