Overview
The Bilingual Onsite Supervisor is a client-facing position responsible for coordinating and supporting daily staffing operations at an assigned client location. This role serves as a liaison between the client, teammates, and the Ōnin Staffing branch to support operational excellence, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The Onsite Supervisor provides day-to-day guidance to teammates, assists with workforce coordination, and partners with management to implement operational improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable employment laws. The shift will most likely be mid-day to cover part of 1st shift and part of 2nd shift.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have....
- Poultry or Food Processing experience
- Experience supervising a team
- Computer skills including email and MS Excel
