Reports To: Production Supervisor
Job Overview
We are looking for dependable Packers to inspect, pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires standing, repetitive work, and attention to quality.
Main Duties
- Inspect parts for defects or damage.
- Pack the correct number of parts into boxes or containers.
- Label containers correctly.
- Place completed containers on pallets for shipping.
- Measure or check parts as instructed.
- Remove extra material or debris from finished parts.
- Separate and place scrap material in the correct containers.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Help with sorting, rework, or quality checks when needed.
- Follow all safety and quality rules.
- Report safety concerns, accidents, or injuries immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Able to follow simple work instructions.
- Able to perform repetitive work throughout the shift.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail.
- Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
- Manufacturing, production, or packing experience is helpful but not required.
- Willing to work overtime when needed.
