Heavy Duty Cleanup - Finishing Department

Overview

The Heavy-Duty Cleanup Technician plays a critical, physically demanding role in keeping the Finishing Department running safely and efficiently. This is not a janitorial position — it is an industrial support role responsible for the heavy recovery, breakdown, and reset of sandblasting booths, paint booths, and screens between production runs. The work involves lifting, climbing, pressure washing, shoveling media, and handling equipment in an environment that is loud, hot, and dusty. If you're someone who's comfortable doing hard physical work in tough conditions and takes pride in resetting a work area so the next job can run right, this role is built for you.
