1st and 2nd shift availability
$24-32/hour
Lakeville, MN
- Set up and adjust equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders
- Inspect completed welds for quality, penetration, and appearance; make adjustments as needed
- Communicate issues, material defects, or blueprint discrepancies to leads/supervisors
Skills and Experience
- Previous professional welding experience OR formal welding training/certification (trade school, technical college, or apprenticeship) required to apply
- Demonstrated ability to MIG weld stainless, mild steel, and aluminum
- Must be comfortable setting up welds independently — machine settings, gas selection, and filler material
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols accurately
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
