Skills and Experience
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and shared network devices.
- Support wired and wireless network connectivity.
- Perform system maintenance, data backups, and recovery procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end users.
- Maintain system security and protect company data.
- Provide timely technical support in an industrial environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
- Experience with hardware, software, and LAN administration.
- Knowledge of system troubleshooting, backups, and data security.
- Technical or professional education preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
