Reach Lift Operator
Pay: $18.00 (DOE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reach Lift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organize inventory in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining accuracy and following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach lift to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pull, and replenish inventory from high rack storage locations.
- Load and unload pallets and products safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating equipment.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent reach lift experience.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (if applicable).
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
