- Rotating 12-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Shift rotation every 3 months
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring products meet quality standards while following all company safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machines according to work instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
- Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to quality and safety.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
